UPC has for sale, the seating from the balcony that was installed in the late 1920's.  We have
decided to remove this seating in favor of standard pews, which will seat a greater number
of people.  The seating we have for sale is in good condition, but far from perfect.  You will
find some flaw in each, but for their age, they are wonderful.

They would be great in a recreation room, on the wall around your pool table, or as bench
seating in a media room.

There are two, three, four, and five seat sections.  The number can be adjusted to your
needs if you are among the first to buy.
Please forgive the mess in our balcony, but we have recently installed a new heating and air
system for the Sanctuary and the unit is in the balcony.  We still need to enclose the duct
work and will place carpet prior to the pews being installed.  The dust will clean right off
these seats.
The backs of the seats have a bar to hang a program or church bulletin.  Some still have the
seat numbers, some do not.
Other than a few nicks or chips, this chair back (circled in green) is the only one with
significant damage to the finish.  The feet of the chairs have holes to bolt the seats to the floor.
