Prayer Concerns
New or Urgent  Concerns
-  Our Christian love and sympathy go to Dr. Brian & Lorraine Scott and family on the
loss of their daughter, Carla.  Visitation will be after 6:00 PM Monday, April 6th at
Bosley Funeral Home.  The Funeral will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, at Bosley's.  Please keep
the Scott Family in your prayers.

-Barb Zink's father is very ill.   He was taken to the hospital last week and the family
was called to the bedside.  Mr. Glass is doing well enough to be at home, but the
family has been told his days are short.  Please keep the Zink's in your prayers, along
with Barb's extended family.

- Rev. McCandless asks us to remember his former church in Lyman, Colorado.  Their
current pastor and his 19 year old daughter perished in a car accident.  Please
remember this church family in your prayers as they go through this sorrow and their
eventual search for a new pastor.

- Johannah Leake
is doing great after her fractured leg.  Please continue to pray for
her speedy healing so she can make that trip to San Diego with the Girl Scouts!

- Jessie & Dalton Henderson ask us to pray for their father, Brian, as he goes through
some trying times with his health.  He has both Graves Disease of the thyroid and
newly diagnosed diabetes.

- Brad Buckman, son of Shirley & Garland Buckman, is making his 3rd tour in Iraq.
Please pray for Brad's safety, along with those he serves with.
Ongoing Concerns
Prayer Vigil

The Prayer Vigil for our Church & Church Family has been extended
indefinitely.  If you will go to our Church
Calendar, you will find the assigned
person for each day with the word
"prayer" before the name.  This is also
published in the Newsletter.

You are asked to pray for all issues surrounding UPC, and it's members,
several times during the day you are assigned.  And, this should help us all be
more aware of doing this
EVERYDAY!
Please pray for all our brave troops who are serving in the U.S.
Armed Forces.
And please remember Abe Carman, who is a cousin to
the Begley Family.  Abe is serving in Iraq.

Our gratitude goes to three members of our Church Family who have
been honorably discharged from the Armed Services:
Dr. Philip Zink,
Steve Johnson-Thacker,
and Daniel Spurling.

Thank You for your service!
